For the dessert of emotions, we invite you to an amazing night walk to see the "stars" of the jungle (lights that shine on the forest floor) and connect with the sounds of Curupira's land (mythical being and owner of the jungle).
After breakfast, we'll start preparing to depart to Bocas de Amacayacu, where we'll take an express boat (fast) to the city of Leticia.
Once back in Leticia, you can take a 2-hour van city tour of Tabatinga and Leticia, using the transportation to explore, make your purchases, and attend to errands before the flight to Bogotá.
- Be vaccinated against yellow fever (preferably at least 15 days before the trip).
- Avoid excessive luggage.
- Use a backpack-type suitcase; avoid wheeled suitcases.
- Wear cool and lightweight clothing. Long-sleeved shirts and lightweight pants. Have a change of clothes for jungle walks, including a long-sleeved shirt and pants.
- Wear swamp boots and a waterproof coat.
- Follow the local guide's instructions at all times; do not touch things in the jungle without asking first.
- Do not eat fruits or leaves from the jungle without asking the local guide.
- Hunting animals and collecting biological material to take with you is not allowed.
- Hat and sunscreen.
- For safety, we recommend wearing a swimsuit for both men and women; do not swim naked in rivers and lakes.
- Wear a life jacket at all times while on board the boat.
- Insect repellent.
- Personal flashlight with double batteries.
- Camera with charger, batteries and enough memories. To protect them from rain and humidity, we recommend the use of sealable bags with silica gel (silica gel).
- Up-to-date personal documents (ID, Passport, Visa as applicable).
- If you are taking medication, we recommend that you carry extra doses with you as a precaution.
- Please let us know if you have any medical conditions that we should be aware of, allergies to bee stings or insect bites, or reactions to food.
